Hi, I’m Root…

I identify as queer and nonbinary. I use they/them pronouns.

I’m an Integral Coach, facilitator, community organizer, organizational development practitioner, and ecological landscape designer.

I see each of us as a living ecosystem that needs tending, just like a garden.

I love working with our community, and I love working with leaders where ever they are in their leadership development journey.

I believe that when we are in relationship with our own aliveness, our approach to leadership brings out the aliveness in others to topple the destructive and life sucking systems of oppression.
